In providing services to its clients, Daniels Benefit Specialists:
- Listens to learn each client’s plans, needs, philosophies, limitations and objectives
- Negotiates renewal proposals with insurance carriers or other benefit providers to assure the best financial packages available on the market
- Designs personalized benefit packages based on each client’s specific situation
- Communicates programs to each client and each client’s employees by assisting the Human Resources or Benefits Staff, providing information to employees using announcement materials, meetings, booklets and videos as necessary to ensure thorough knowledge transfer
- Supports the benefit package by overseeing the continual flow of information between each client and their benefit providers. This includes communication, billing, and claims problems as well as answering clients’ questions
- Reviews the benefit package annually, which involves a complete recap of financial results of the plan year with suggestions and planning for the future
- Works daily to assure each client’s satisfaction, providing valuable knowledge, resources and support
